Let’s Go! Virtual Walking Group
Every Tuesday and Wednesday at 11am
We offer twice-a-week walking groups! All you have to do is sign up, and show up! We will take care of the rest. Join us for low-impact exercises that simply get your body up and moving.

Let’s Quit: Tobacco Cessation Program
Support Program & Monthly Classes
We take a “meet you where you’re at” approach to tobacco cessation. We know that you know that there are health risks that occur when you smoke which is why we want to give you the proven tools to help you quit smoking for good.

Let’s Relax: Mindfulness Group

Let’s Eat! Nutrition and Cooking Class

We have partnered with local chefs and culinary experts in the region to bring you informative presentations on finding food that tastes good and feels good. This follows a cooking class where we will send you the ingredients to complete at the direction of our host chef!

Let’s Stretch! Virtual Stretching Group
Monthly Class
Stretch and align your body with Cares! We will walk you through a virtual stretching class that can easily be completed at home! You will also receive other work-outs you can do at home on your own time!
